PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical protective film having antistatic property, scratching preventiveness, suitability to simple cleaning to remove contaminants, printability, adhesion to a base material, tansparency, and moderate lubricity. SOLUTION: The optical protective film comprises a base film, an adhesive layer provided on one surface of the base film and an antistatic surface protective layer provided on another surface of the base film, wherein the antistatic surface preventive layer is formed using a siloxane copolymer (A), a carbon nanotube (B), and a polyisocyante (C) as coating film forming components.
