DIRECT-FLOW HYDRO-UNIT

摘要

A direct-flow hydro-unit arranged as mono-block has direct-flow self-controlled rotary-blade pipe hydroturbine with four working blades, each of those is equipped with two coaxial cylindrical tail elements, basic and auxiliary ones, those are fixed in the hub and in the rim of working wheel of turbine respectively. The basic tail element of each blade is fixed in hub of working wheel of the turbine by means of elastic element of silent block type, this is as two metal thin-wall cylindrical bushings to which rubber bush is vulcanized. Outer bushing of the silent block is pressed in hub of working wheel of the turbine. The main tail element of turbine block is pressed to inner bushing of silent block.
