The two-frequency gas-discharge ring laser relates to laser technology intended for physical investigations, which used also in plasma diagnostic interferometers on "Tokamak" plants. The two-frequency gas-discharge ring laser consists of a discharge tube and a mirrors system. The arched tube has polygon form. The mirrors system forms a ring type resonator. One mirror is partly transparent. The discharge tube is equipped with a pumping device intend for pumping active material through it along outline with possibility of rate control. In the place of active substance puffing the discharge tube has an additional section, which has a zone of regulating gas discharge. Due to pumping of active material along outline resonator has frequency difference between radiations in opposite directions. The pumping device allows changing the pumping rate by regulation of frequency difference. With additional section having zone of regulating gas discharge it is possible to avoid considerable loss of laser power. The technical result consists in getting of a two-frequency generation in the ring gas-discharge laser, which may be used in measuring apparatus as two-frequency radiation source.
