PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for molding a transmission belt which can eliminate a disorder of an array of cords at spinning time by rationalizing molding of the belt by eliminating the necessity of using an adhesive rubber at a belt molding time and obviating a twisting nature of the cord by coating the adhesive rubber on the surface of the cord. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for molding the transmission belt to spin the cord 19 covered with the adhesive rubber 12 in a cylindrical mold 50 for molding includes a rubber coating means 1 for distributing and discharging the adhesive rubber 12 extruded by kneading by an extruder 2 without allowing to stay in rubber passages of a bypass passage 15 provided in a circumferential direction of a die, a linear main passage 16 and a discharge passage 17 and continuously adhering the adhesive rubber 12 while simultaneously moving the cords 17 so as to cross the main passage 16, and a spinning means 80 for winding the cord 19 covered with the rubber 12 directly on the cylindrical mold 50 for molding and coupled to the rubber coating means 1.
