Disclosed are a pipe to transfer a waste capsule and a method to treat an ocean-floor-burying type waste capsule. The pipe to transfer waste capsule is interconnected with each of the unit pipes in a longitudinal direction. The falling path of the waste capsule is formed from an ocean structure to a burying hole formed in the ocean floor. To reduce a falling velocity of the waste capsule which free falls through an inner space, a unit pipe having a relatively narrow inner space is arranged in a relatively lower position. As such, human safety is able to effectively be improved.
