The present invention relates to a fuel cell bipolar plate derived by manufacturing an outer edge part and a flow path part with different kinds of materials and coupling the same, and to a fuel cell system using the same. A bipolar plate for a fuel cell of the present invention comprises: an activation area part on which a flow path is formed and a reaction is induced; and an outer edge part having a manifold for supplying a fluid flowing through the flow path and discharging the fluid, and forming an outer edge of the bipolar plate, wherein the activation area part is inserted into the outer edge part and assembled, and the activation area part and the outer edge part are made of different materials. According to the fuel cell bipolar plate and the fuel cell system of the present invention, the entire bipolar plate is not required to be discarded and prevented from being damaged, and costs for processing an outer edge can be reduced. In addition, by using a polymer (synthetic resin), costs for manufacturing the bipolar plate can be reduced, the bipolar plate can be lightened, and it is possible to facilitate recycling. Also, by integrating a gasket with the outer edge part of the bipolar plate, an integrated bipolar plate can be easily manufactured. |
