The present invention relates to an audio output apparatus, and an audio output system including the same. The audio output apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an audio output unit; a communication unit which receives lighting control information from the outside, transmits the lighting control information to a lighting device, outputs a wireless signal which is repeated to the outside, and receives audio data from a mobile terminal; and a control unit which controls to output the sound corresponding to the received audio data through the audio output unit, wherein the communication unit comprises a first communication module which transmits the repeated wireless signal to the outside and a second communication module which receives audio data from a mobile terminal. Accordingly, a lighting device can be controlled.
