PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition timing control device for an internal combustion engine, retarding ignition timing to be close to the ignition timing in a very small knocking occurrence state to narrow a fluctuation range of ignition timing by a knocking feedback control. SOLUTION: The ignition timing control device for an internal combustion engine comprises: a feedback control means determining occurrence of knocking by a knocking signal for each time of ignition output from a knocking sensor 28 and controlling the ignition timing based on the determination result; and an ignition timing learning control means determining a knocking occurrence state based on a statistical nature of the knocking sensor output by a plurality of times of ignition acquired by the knocking sensor, and controlling the ignition timing based on the determination result.
