PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief printing plate, in which the summit surface of a convexed part serving as the printing area part of a relief printing plate is made of a layer having an affinity for an ink liquid so as to prevent the ink liquid made of an organic luminous material from flowing in the lower positional part or recess of the relief printing plate and the portion, which acts as the non-printing-area part of the relief printing plate or forms the lower positional part than the summit surface of the convexed part and the recess or the support portion supporting the convexed part is made of a layer having a repellency to the ink liquid. SOLUTION: This relief printing plate comprises the convexed parts under the condition that the summit surface 1B contacting with a matter to be printed in the convexed part 1A of the relief printing plate is made of an ink liquid affinitive resin layer having an affinity for a coating ink liquid including the organic luminuos material and the convexed part 1A supporting the summit surface 1B of a convexed part forming material layer including the convexed parts is made of an ink liquid repellent layer having the repellency to the coating ink liquid under the condition that the ink liquid wetting angle of contact of the ink liquid repellent layer is set to be larger by at least 10 degrees than that of the ink liquid affinitive resin layer.
