PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the gelation by lapse of time with the configuration in which organic solvent soluble phthalocyanine dye is contained, and radical polymerizable monomers are contained in a large quantity.

SOLUTION: The present invention includes at least one kind of chemical compound selected from among amine compounds and pyridine compounds, an organic solvent soluble phthalocyanine dye, a photopolymerization initiator, and a radical polymerizable monomer.
