PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor which calculates a moving average at lower cost. SOLUTION: The data processor 10 is so structured as to successively store time-series measured values measured by a measuring means 12 in a first storage means 13, calculate block values by a block calculation means 14 on the basis of the measured values and store the calculated block values in a second storage means 15, and calculate a moving average in a measurement based on the calculated block values by a moving average calculation means 16.
