PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded carpet for a vehicle which prevents deformation or breakage of a duct due to the force applied from the upper part of a carpet body by elasticity of a cushion spacer integrally juxtaposed to the duct, and a manufacturing method for the molded carpet for the vehicle. SOLUTION: The molded carpet 11 for the vehicle has the carpet body 17a molded along the shape of an upper surface of a floor panel 12 of the vehicle, the duct 14 for an air conditioner, and the cushion spacer 15 or the like. A resin layer 17b of thermoplastic resin is formed on the back surface side of the carpet body 17a, the duct 14 is bonded by melting in heating, pressing, and molding of the resin layer 17b, and the cushion spacer 15 is integrally bonded to a residual part where the duct 14 is not bonded. Therefore, the molded carpet is constituted so that the duct 14 and the cushion spacer 15 are juxtaposed on the floor panel 12 by laying the carpet body 17a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
