摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for nucleic acid sensors with its detection sensitivity enhanced by increasing amount of nucleic acid to be immobilized on electrode for nucleic acid immobilization. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate has an insulating substrate 1 made of silicon, a first silicon dioxide layer 2 formed on the insulating substrate 1, conductor layers 4a, 4b and a gold layer 4c, with all of these being laminated. The substrate is provided with the electrode for nucleic acid immobilization 4 allocated on the first silicon dioxide layer 2, the gold layer 4c of the electrode for nucleic acid immobilization 4, and each wiring conductor allocated on the gold layer 4c of the electrode for nucleic acid immobilization 4/side face of the electrode for nucleic acid immobilization 4/first silicon dioxide layer 2, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
