PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate-protein complex having a binding ability to a specific molecule, capable of being expected to realize improvement in detectability and accuracy in every kind of detecting procedure which depends on detection of antigen-antibody reaction. SOLUTION: An element comprising the substrate-protein complex for capturing the target substance is obtained by combining a first domain which has a binding site to the target substance and a second domain which has a binding site to an inhibitor of non-specific adsorption, so as to form a binding protein molecule, and then binding the molecule to the inhibitor of non-specific adsorption arranged on a surface of a substrate through the second domain.
