PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe cargo handling arranging structure of a chemical tanker to facilitate cleaning by simple piping. SOLUTION: This cargo handling piping arranging structure 1 of the chemical tanker is provided with independent manifolds 13a-13d communicating to independent piping 5a-5d communicating to storage tanks 3a-3d arranged at a height H from a deck 7 roughly in the rectangular direction on a hull central line○and constituted by forming connecting ports 9a-9d, 11a-11d on the side of a vessel side and a common manifolds 23 arranged in parallel with the central line○on the lower side of the independent manifolds 13a-13d and provided with a common cargo handling pipe 17 having a plurality of connecting ports 15a-15d on the side of the vessel side and connecting ports 19, 21 communicating to the common cargo handling pipe 17 on the upper side of the common cargo handling pipe 17 roughly in the rectangular direction on the central line○and on the side of the vessel side. Thereafter, each of connecting surfaces is positioned roughly within the same surface on a vertical surface and each of the connecting ports is arranged at a position where a central line of each of the connecting ports is located at the same distance.
