<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor structure advantageous in cost and high in measurement confidence. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor structure 101 is constituted by centering e.g. the spherical body 1 of stainless steel, on the surface of the equator the pressure sensors 3a-3d are fixed with 90° interval from the center, and to its upper side i.e. the north pole side, the hollow support 2 for supporting the spherical body 1 is fixed. Furthermore, on the lower side of the spherical body 1 i.e. the south pole side the pressure sensor 3e same as the pressure sensors 3a-3d is fixed. In this case, each of pressure sensors 3a-3e is constituted with pressure sensitive rubber sensor. The pressure around the spherical body 1 is differently distributed depending on the fluid and flowing speed, and this distribution is depending on the Raynolds number of the liquid. Therefore, from the pressure measured at a plurality of positions, the Raynolds numbers corresponding to regarding positions are determined and the flowing speeds are calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
