<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing deposit in a branch pipe, by which a deposit removed from a branch pipe branched from a main pipe is prevented from being discharged to the main pipe side. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for removing the deposit in the branch pipe includes a support pipe 11 fixed to the branch pipe 3 branched upward from the main pipe 2 and a drain pipe 12, and a deposit-removing mechanism 14 for removing the deposit A deposited on the inside wall of the branch pipe 3.
