<p>Intelligent filter for removing moving particles from a fluid comprises a nonconductive filter medium (FM) with pores (FP) filled with a conductive fluid (LF), electrode layers (EB1, EB2) covering the top and bottom surfaces of the filter medium, and an electrical monitoring unit (UBE) comprising a control current circuit (KSK) that generates a control current between the electrode layers, the conductive fluid and a resistive measuring element (RME). An intelligent filter for removing moving particles of zero or low conductivity from a fluid, comprises a filter medium with pores, a particle-permeable electrode located on the upper surface of the filter medium at a distance of the same order of magnitude as the size of the particles, an electrode layer on the lower surface of the filter medium, a fluid surrounding the filter medium, electrode and electrode layer, and an electrical monitoring unit comprising a control capacitance circuit that generates a control capacitance between the electrode, the electrode layer and a capacitive measuring element.</p> |
