Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method, device, and system for radio communications. The method comprises: a UE receives on a fixed downlink subframe of subframe number i - KUL at least one TPC command transmitted by a base station, where the at least one TPC command is carried in a PDCCH of format DCI format 3/3A; the at least one TPC command comprises a TPC command for transmission of an uplink signal on an uplink subframe of subframe number i, and a transmission power for the transmission of the uplink signal on the uplink subframe of subframe number i is determined, where the subframe of subframe number i is the KUL th subframe subsequent to the fixed downlink subframe of subframe number i - KUL . The method, device, and system for radio communications provided in embodiments of the present invention are capable of solving the problem that a base station fails to receive an uplink signal in a scenario of proportional dynamic TDD uplink and downlink subframes. |
