PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge portion repairing structure or a repairing technique of a concrete construction, which dispenses with replacement of an existing bearing member, and employs steel brackets without damaging a girder. SOLUTION: According to the hinge portion repairing structure, a pair of almost L-shaped steel brackets 5A, 5B are arranged on a right side wall 2a and a left side wall 2b of the girder 2. The almost L-shaped steel bracket 5A is formed of a main body 5A1 and a joint portion 5A2, while the other almost L-shaped bracket 5B is formed of a main body 5B1 and a joint portion 5B2. Then a first rubber bearing member 6 is interposed into a gap S1 between a base plate 5c of the joint portion 5A2 of the almost L-shaped bracket 5A and a base plate 5d of the joint portion 5B2 of the almost L-shaped bracket 5B. Further a second rubber bearing member 7 is arranged on an upper wall portion 9a of the joint portion 5A2 of the almost L-shaped steel bracket 5A via a base plate 5a, and in a gap S2 between the base plate 5a and another base plate 5b by means of longitudinally aligned two-row four prestressing (PC) bars 8, 8, etc., and then welded.
