PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry a high moisture content of residue up to several percentage of moisture content, in a candy residue, and a residue such as an activated sludge and an inorganic sludge, with action of an in-vessel protrusion for heat transfer, destruction, decomposition, dispersion, evapotranspiration and exhaust, using steam as a heahing source. SOLUTION: A function is provided to widen a heat transfer area for direct heat, to prevent a treated object from being aggregation-blocked largely, to enhance the action for the destruction, the decomposition and dispersion, to attain the transpiration in a drier, and to effectuate the wet-air exhaust with priority.
