PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new amine compounds which are efficacious against diseases such as a viral infectious disease with HIV, rheumatism, and cancer metastasis. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the amine compounds which are represented by the general formula (1) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. [A<SB>1</SB>and A<SB>2</SB>are each independently (substituted) imidazole group, at least one is N-(carboxylmethyl)imidazole or N-(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)imidazole. W is a (substituted)benzene ring. X is CH<SB>2</SB>. D is a group represented by formula (6).]. [Q is CH<SB>2</SB>, NR<SB>12</SB>, R<SB>12</SB>is H or methyl group in the formula (6). Y is a group represented by formula (7)].
