PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle capable of restraining width of a vehicle without making a rear swing arm bulky. SOLUTION: A motive power transmission mechanism 42 is provided on a rear end part of the rear swing arm 31 and arranged on the outside of the rear wing arm 31, extends a drive shaft 41 from an output shaft of an engine 14 and transmits motive power of this drive shaft 41 to a rear wheel 39 and is furnished with a driving case 170 building in it a transmission device to transmit the driving motive power to the rear wheel 39 by changing a direction of the driving power of the drive shaft 41 to periphery of an axis 39j of the rear wheel 39. The drive shaft 41 constituting the motive power transmission mechanism 42 is arranged below the rear swing arm 31 and below a pivot shaft 28. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
