PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the conductivity while securing acid resistance and to reduce the contact resistance by using a stainless steel as a base and dispersing carbon particles into island states on the base surface. SOLUTION: For example, if graphite powder is rubbed on a stainless steel base 13 by a felt cloth and compacted by a roller, the graphite particles 14 are pressed in contact with the stainless steel face 13 (a). Secondly, the stainless steel base 13 is heated and a diffusion layer 15 is formed between this and the graphite particles 14 (b). In this case, the graphite particles 14 are distributed into island states on the surface of the stainless steel base 13. Namely, the stress generated in processing with deformation such as bending end elongation is not accumulated in the graphite particles 14 so that the graphite particles 14 are prevented from falling or being peeled from the stainless steel base 13. It can be surely made conductive with the stainless steel face 13 via the diffusion layer 15. |
