Between the windings of low (3) and high (4) voltage there is an insulating barrier, cylinder and alike (5). Distance between the windings is reduced (7), so a dielectric hardness of the barrier (5) increases. Short distance (7) reduces number of turns if the windings are of copper, and increases if the turns are of aluminium. When of aluminium, it reduces the inter section of the core (11) and (12) of magnetic circuit, thus it is possible to use unoriented magnetic sheet metal for production of yokes (13) and (14). Unoriented sheet metals (13) and (14) have large width than the oriented sheet metals (11) and (12) and in accordance to the relations on the magnetic circuit of a discontinual intersection.
