The proposed advertisement and information device contains a support frame, an information panel, which is installed at the support frame and containsrotary rigid information carriers, a drive for rotating the rigid information carriers, and additionally, flexible information carriers. The rigid information carriers are installed at individual shafts and arranged with a gap relative to each other. Each flexible information carrier is designed as two sections of metallic band that cover the corresponding even rigid information carrier. One end of each band section is fixed to the even rigid information carrier, and the other end is fixed to the odd rigid information carrier. To fix the shafts of the rigid information carriers, horizontal guide bars and vertical supports are used. The vertical supports are connected to the shafts of the rigid information carriers and can be displaced over the guide bars.
