Invention proposes a composition containing the following components, g: iron nanoparticles, 0.001-1; polyethylene glycol (PEG)-400, 60-90; PEG-1500, up to 100. The composition can comprise glycerol additionally. Also, invention relates to a method for preparing the claimed composition involving ultrasonic dispersing iron nanoparticles with a base liquid part, and mixing the prepared iron nanoparticles suspension with remained part of the base. The process is carried out at temperature 40°C, not above.
