The jig for the osteosynthesis of the scaphoid bone of the hand contains the cannula, the demountable screwdriver, the lock on the surface of the cannula, and the shell with the radial incisions. In addition, the device contains the hollow collapsible section inserted into the cannula and capable of the reciprocating movements, the crescent bracket congruent to the scaphoid bone with the distal rest and the proximal shank, the thrust ring rigidly connected with the canula proximally, the scale with the points of +- 1.0 mm, and the second lock on the surface of the cannula. The demountable screwdriver is inserted into the cavity of the collapsible section. The shank of the crescent bracket and the collapsible section are installed with a stop inside and outside the cannula with the aid of the locks. The radial incisions are made in the rest of the crescent bracket and the distal part of the collapsible section.
