PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric elastomer laminate which is reduced in the temperature change of a specific dielectric constant over a wide temperature range from a low temperature to a high temperature and used for obtaining an antenna having a low dielectric loss tangent. SOLUTION: The dielectric elastomer laminate is constituted by laminating a dielectric elastomer sheet compounded with a dielectric ceramic powder and a prepreg and heating and curing the formed laminate and characterized in that the specific dielectric constant of the dielectric elastomer sheet has a negative temperature coefficient, the specific dielectric constant of the prepreg after heating and curing has a positive temperature coefficient and the prepreg is laminated on both sides of the dielectric elastomer sheet before heated and cured.
