摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a apparatus for manufacturing an electrooptical device and an adhesive sticking device, in which the degree of parallelism between a blade and an abutting part is easily adjusted and an interruption time of an adjusting operation is shortened to improve operation efficiency and to provide a method of manufacturing the electrooptical device. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus is equipped with a cutting unit 3 equipped with the blade 12 for forming a cut in an ACF8a, a guide part 13 which guides the blade so that the blade 12 and ACF8a change in relative position, a first abutting part 14 which has an abutting surface 14a, and a parallelism adjusting part 15 for adjusting the degree of parallelism between an edge 12A and the abutting surface 14a along the length of the blade 12, and a support member 10 for a primary adhesive sticking device where the cutting unit 3 can be attached and detached in one body, so the cutting unit 3 whose degree of parallelism is previously adjusted is prepared and then the cutting unit 3 having been adjusted can be mounted by detaching a cutting unit 3 in a short time, so operation efficiency can be improved.
