PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring substrate structure of a metering device for a vehicle capable of accomplishing enhancement of arrangement freedom for performing arrangement in a space in an instrument panel of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The wiring substrate structure of the metering device for the vehicle in which the wiring substrates 6, 40 are provided on a rear surface 5b of a casing 5 to perform circuit wiring is constituted by circuit substrates 6a, 6b having the wiring substrates 6, 40 mounted to the rear surface 5b of the casing 5 and mounted with electronic parts 9, 30, 80, 104; an approximately band-like flexible wiring substrate 40 having flexibility; and a connector 30 mounted on the circuit substrates 6a, 6b and electrically connecting the circuit substrates 6a, 6b and the flexible wiring substrate 40. Such that the flexible wiring substrate 40 is laid relative to the circuit substrates 6a, 6b mounted to the casing 5 while forming a predetermined inclination surface 40a, the connector 30 is mounted such that a mounting angleθ1 of the circuit substrates 6a, 6b to an outer edge shape is inclined by a predetermined angle.
