PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet capable of forming a desired conductive pattern by performing thermal transfer and preventing generation of delamination when it is used for manufacturing a laminated ceramic capacitor because a peeling layer is excellent in peeling performance from a transfer layer, and a ceramic capacitor excellent in productivity which employs the thermal transfer sheet. SOLUTION: In the thermal transfer sheet, a base material sheet, a peeling layer and a transfer layer containing a binder resin and an inorganic powder are laminated in this order.
