PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl cleaning device surely cleanable by water by swelling a stain component in advance by mist of a purifying liquid. SOLUTION: Mist of a cleaning liquid atomized by an ultrasonic vibrator 8 is fed inside a toilet bowl 1 via an air blower 6. The mist swells this stain by acting on the stain sticking to the toilet bowl 1, and afterwards, is easily washed off by pouring the cleaning liquid such as the water.
