PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flight deflection and non-delivery of ink liquid droplets by preventing smudging of nozzle peripheries because of rebounding of the ink liquid droplets from a medium to be recorded. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet delivering head is provided which is equipped with nozzles, and a liquid receiving part that is set between the nozzles and traps the rebounding liquid from a medium to be ejected of liquid droplets delivered towards the medium. The nozzle has a nozzle hole formed to incline by a predetermined angle to a normal direction of a nozzle plate where a plurality of the nozzles for delivering the liquid droplets towards the medium relatively moved to the liquid droplet delivering head are formed.
