PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To markedly shorten the bend processing time of a workpiece such as a pipe, and to facilitate removal of a processed workpiece after the processing.SOLUTION: Two turning molding dies 4A, 4B are installed in parallel around a main molding die 3, and these turning molding dies are turned mutually reversely around the main molding die via a drive transmission mechanism to perform workpiece-bending processing, thereby shortening the bending-processing time down to 1/2 of the conventional to greatly improve the bend processing efficiency. For mold removal, the main molding die specially shaped by providing an ablation part 6 is moved to retreat, thereby forming a space between a round surface of the workpiece. Further, the workpiece is turned to make its straight part match with the ablation part of the main molding die, thereby keeping the workpiece free to facilitate the removal of the workpiece. |
