<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for properly discriminating the normality of channel quality of a wireless cell by using information associated with physical quality of a wireless channel measured at a point at which a mobile terminal can exist. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal measures the physical quality of the wireless channel. A control unit 50 totalizes the physical quality values notified by a plurality of the mobile terminals by each wireless cell to produce histogram information. A management apparatus 60 acquires the histogram information generated by the control unit 50 and discriminates the normality of communication by each wireless cell on the basis of a plurality of quality indices from the histogram information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
