PARTICLE CLASSIFYING APPARATUS, AND ADHESIVE CONTAINING PARTICLE CLASSIFIED BY THE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle classifying apparatus accurately classifying particles with uniform length, and an adhesive containing the particles classified by the apparatus, capable of connecting electrodes with a low pressure, and coping with fine pitch of the electrodes.

SOLUTION: The particle classifying apparatus 1 is provided with a dispersion means 2 dispersing particles P; a particle orientating means 3 orienting dispersed particles P in the carrying direction X with the particles P separated in the carrying direction X of the particles; a particle length measuring means 4 measuring length of particles P orientated in the carrying direction X; and a particle separating means 5 separating the particles P having the given length, based on the data for the length of the measured particles P.
