<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method which can be used for accurately sticking a photosensitive material layer of a long photosensitive web on a desired part of the substrate through the use of a simple process and a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A half-cutting mechanism 36 and a label sticking mechanism 40 make the formation of a half-cut part 34 and label sticking processing performed, while making the photosensitive web 22 at a low speed V1. A between-substrates web cutting mechanism 48 makes between-substrates cutting processing performed. After that, a sticking mechanism 46 makes the photosensitive web 22 and a glass substrate 24 conveyed at a high speed V2 (V2>V1), and the photosensitive web 22 is pressure-bonded to the glass substrate 24 by heating, so that a stuck substrate 24a put into a proper state can be manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
