PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a nozzle of the injection molding machine is often clogged up with fibers, a gasket having variations in the density of fibers or resins is produced, and that the molding yield of the gasket is reduced and liquid leakage occurs, when manufacturing the gasket by injection molding by using resin compound pellets which are raw materials of resin composition containing heat resistant resin and inorganic fibers or glass fibers of average fiber length of 10 to 20μm. SOLUTION: The injection molding is carried out on the resin compound pellets which are the raw materials of the resin composition containing the heat resistant resin and the inorganic fibers of the average fiber length of 3 to 10μm. By this, the production of the gasket having variation of shape caused by the clogging up of fibers in the nozzle of the injection molding machine at the time of injection molding, or having density variations of the fibers and the resins, is eliminated, hence the yield of the gasket injection molding is enhanced, and furthermore the liquid leakage is eliminated.
