PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a QCM analyzer not requiring a large quantity of solution and an excessive absorption pad, capable of removing a labor for adding solution, while monitoring a frequency, even when an object material flowing in a flow cell is reacted efficiently with a film bonded onto the electrode surface of a quartz oscillator, and a porous membrane is arranged in the flow cell in order to improve detection sensitivity. SOLUTION: In this QCM analyzer, the quartz oscillator wherein each electrode is arranged on the surface and the back of a quartz plate is arranged in the flow cell, and an immobilization material bonding specifically to the object material is bonded to one electrode, and the solution including the object material is circulated in the passage, and a reaction between the object material and the immobilization material generated on the electrode is determined from a frequency change of the quartz oscillator, to thereby analyze the object mass. The analyzer is characterized by having the porous membrane arranged in the flow cell, a control means for controlling the porous membrane, the absorption pad for absorbing the solution, an oscillation circuit for oscillating the quartz oscillator, a counter for counting the frequency of the oscillation circuit, a control circuit for analyzing the frequency of the counter, and a display part for displaying an analysis result by the control circuit.
