PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for increasing the air-fuel ratio of an engine. SOLUTION: Primarily, a controller for an installed fan is installed at the front of a fuel injection device of a vehicle. A fan of the controller controls the rotational speed of the engine by a generator of the vehicle. An air amount required by an air-fuel ratio according to the rotational speed of the engine can be provided. The air-fuel ratio of the engine can be increased by the air fed forcibly.
