PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice file generating device, a voice file generating method and a program allowing an explanation voice to be heard in vocalizing an article or the like of blog of complicated structure, and allowing the discrimination of the article or the like and the attribute of the article to be easily known when hearing the article or the like of blog in voice.

SOLUTION: The voice file generating device generates explanation data that explains reproduction object data which is data to be heard in voice, and reproduces the reproduction object data and the explanation data in mutually continuous sequence.
