<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify what a driver should be most notified of among a plurality of detected notification objects. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle peripheral information display device is provided with a vehicle peripheral information acquiring means (visible image pickup means 10A, infrared image pickup means 10B) for acquiring vehicle peripheral information, a notification object detecting means 31 for detecting notification objects 71 and 72 to a driver in the periphery of a vehicle based on vehicle peripheral information from the vehicle peripheral information acquiring means (visible image pickup means 10A, infrared image pickup means 10B), a display means 40 for displaying the information of the detected notification objects 71 and 72, a notification significance setting means 32 for deciding the notification significance of the plurality of detected notification objects 71 and 72 and an announcement information generating means 33 for generating announcement information(notification object frames 81 and 82) to the driver relating to the notification objects 71 and 72. The announcement information generating means 33 generates announcement information(notification object frame 82) which easily stimulates the five senses of the driver for the notification object 72 whose notification significance is high as compared with the notification object 71 whose notification significance is low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
