PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible circuit-board mounting body stabilizing electric connecting states among an external circuit and both connecting-wiring patterns, even when connecting terminals fitted to a flexible circuit board are pressure-bonded and connected to the connecting-wiring patterns formed on both surface and rear of a transparent substrate respectively by an anisotropic conductive connection. SOLUTION: In the flexible circuit-board mounting body; a plurality of the connecting terminals fitted to the flexible circuit board are pressure-bonded and connected to the connecting wiring patterns formed on both surface and rear of the transparent substrate respectively by the anisotropic conductive connection, and a signal from the external circuit can be input and output to the connecting wiring patterns through the flexible circuit board. In the flexible circuit-board mounting body; a constitution is formed in which the flexible circuit board has an opening in a region conducting the anisotropic conductive connection, and in a place excepting the connecting regions of the connecting wiring patterns and the connecting terminals. Consequently, the constitution in which the connecting states of the connecting wiring patterns on the rear side of the transparent substrate and the connecting terminals can be conformed through the opening, and the transparent substrate is adopted.
