PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple roof for simplifying a structure, and reducing cost, while enhancing the scattering preventive effect of a roof panel in a strong wind. SOLUTION: This simple roof 1 has a plurality of rafters 2 arranged at a predetermined interval, the roof panel 3 extended between the adjacent rafters 2, and a rafter cover 4 arranged in an upper part of the rafters 2 and holding a side part of the roof panel 3 with the rafters 2. A holding part 20 holding the side part of the roof panel 3 is arranged between the rafters 2 and the rafter cover 4, and a slipping-out preventive part 22 hooked on an inside part 20a of the holding part 20 is continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction in the side part of the roof panel 3.
