PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a countermeasure construction method for securing aseismatic safety of an existing structure in base isolation work by restricting the existing structure by sharing earthquake time horizontal force and vertical force in the base isolation work of the existing structure. SOLUTION: A bearing wall 5 is constructed between an existing foundation 3 of the existing structure and an existing foundation beam 4 on its foundation. After curing the bearing wall 5, a base isolation device 7 is arranged between the existing foundation beam 4 and a new foundation separately constructed in a just under position of the existing foundation 3 or the existing foundation beam 4.
