PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize image data which can be obtained by each terminal. SOLUTION: A first communication apparatus 110 and a second communication apparatus 120 are communication terminals in a communication network which is composed of several communication terminals communicative with one another. The first communication apparatus 110 is composed of a delivery part 111, a reception part 112, an acquisition part 113, a transmission part 114 and a decision part 115. The delivery part 111 delivers spot information on the actual position of the first communication terminal 110 to the second communication terminal 120. The reception part 112 receives a request signal for transmission of image data concerning the actual position as the results of delivery of the spot information. The acquisition part 113 acquires image data concerning the actual position when the request signal for transmission is received.
