PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a speaker device that can improve the sound quality by strongly fixing a magnetic circuit section to a frame to suppress vibration of the magnetic circuit section. SOLUTION: The speaker device provided with: a magnetic circuit section 15 including a plate 12, a magnet 11, and a yoke 13; a voice coil 20 located in a magnetic gap g of the magnetic circuit section 15; a diaphragm 17 vibratable in a state of being coupled to the voice coil 20; and a damper 18 located between the diaphragm 17 and a frame 30 and for supporting vibratably the diaphragm 17 to the frame 30, includes a damper holder 40 fixed to the frame 30 to support the damper 18, and the magnetic circuit section 15 is sandwiched between the damper holder 40 and the frame 30.
