PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect adjustment values of RAW data having been subjected to development processing. SOLUTION: The RAW data development apparatus disclosed herein includes: a development processing execution section 250 for executing the development processing of converting RAW data into an image file of a particular file form while referencing at least one adjustment value; an adjustment value reception section 210 for receiving input adjustment values externally as adjustment values; and a selection request section 240 that requests an external device to carry out selection operations on behalf of the development processing execution section 250 to which of the input adjustment values and the existing adjustment values are to be referenced when the adjustment values having already been referenced in the executed development processing are related to the RAW data, designated as target RAW data of the development processing, as the existing adjustment values.
