PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dioxin decomposing agent capable of decomposing dioxins in a substance polluted with dioxins in a site in which dioxins are generated. SOLUTION: The dioxin decomposing agent is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. quick lime with 0.1-20 pts.wt. pine apple enzyme, 1-25 pts.wt. slag powder and 0.01-5 pts.wt. urea. The method for decomposing the dioxin comprises mixing the decomposing agent with a dioxin pollutant and allowing the mixture to stand. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
